We live in a country where freedom abounds—freedom so great that it allows people to express themselves in ways that feel right to them, whether it’s in identity, beliefs, or lifestyle. Among these freedoms is one we often take for granted: the freedom to worship. This is a liberty that many around the world can only dream of, a right that allows us to gather, pray, and live out our faith openly and without fear.
Meanwhile, people in other parts of the world struggle for basic necessities—food, water, safety, and, yes, even the freedom to worship. While we debate who’s right and who’s wrong, there are those who fight simply to live another day.
Somewhere along the way, we’ve lost sight of where we came from and what we have. We’ve lost sight of who we are. We were once known as a nation that sought God and held high values. Today, we face a different reality, and our identity as a people seems to hang in the balance.
As Election Day approaches, remember the incredible freedom that allows you to cast your vote and worship freely. Voting is more than a decision for today—it’s a decision for the generations to come. It’s about ensuring that the freedoms we cherish endure for our children and our children’s children, including the right to worship in peace.
When you vote, do so with the future in mind. Vote not for a party, color, or personality, but for a vision that values freedom, faith, and a legacy worth leaving. Let’s vote with hope and faith, not just for ourselves but for a stronger, unified, and resilient future where our children can worship freely, speak openly, and walk in peace.
“But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless.” -Titus 3:9 NIV
